The successful candidate will report to Learning & Development Manager Northern Sumatera.

To be a good contender you must have the following minimum qualifications:

• A minimum S1 English Literature from one of top university
• A minimum of one (1) year experience as English Teacher
• Good English communucation skill
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong Leadership
• Able to work under pressure
• Able and willing to travel
• Computer literate, MS Office & Internet
• Good at Business English
