Attractive Annual Compensation Package, excluding fringe and medical benefits of not less than USD 100,000 (net) and career development to Senior Management Position at the Head Office will be offered for the successful candidate with the following qualifications

1. Agriculture Degree S1 or Diploma D3
2. Min 20 years experience in reputable Plantation Companies
3. Min 10 years as a General Manager or above, looking after a group of Estates.
4. Strong in Agronomy & Estate Management
5. Experienced in Land Clearing & New Development of Oil Palm Estate
6. Good computer Literacy and ability to converse in English language
7. 43 t0 55 years of age with Good Health Record
