National Office is looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and dynamic person to fill the senior vacant position of National Organizational & Capability Development Manager reporting to the Human Resources Director.

National Organizational and Capability Development Manager
This National Organizational & Capability Development Manager position held the professional responsibility for partnering business leaders in the design and implementation of Organizational Development programs/systems, i.e. Performance Management, Talent Management, Career Management, Graduate Trainee Program, Leadership Development, Organization Design, and Learning & Development, that will best optimize people, strategy, structure, processes and culture.
Requirement:
- Hold a minimum of University degree from Psychology/Social Science/Management/ Business from reputable university
- Have a minimum of 10 years experience in related areas
- Well experienced in Change Management and Project Management
- Deep OD/HR Knowledge and mastery in Performance Mgt, Talent Mgt, Career Mgt, Learning and Development of FMCG Industry
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills (oral and written, Bahasa Indonesia and English)
- Outstanding Conceptual thinking
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the senior management team across the business unit to identify and anticipate organization effectiveness and learning needs
- Act as an advisor and technical expert regarding organizational development, including: assisting in development and implementation of change strategies/ management; organization structure/role changes; competency/role profile creation; organization culture; process improvements; and team development
- Identifying and delivering opportunities to improve performance through people by effective implementation of Performance Management system in the Company
- Developing talent management strategies and programs to ensure the Company has the right talents to deliver business requirements
- Overseeing the overall Graduation Trainee Program in order to prepare future leaders for the company
- Developing and managing Leadership Development programs to equip leaders with necessary competencies
- Proposing new approach, policies, procedures, process related to OD interventions to continuously building people capability
- Developing learning strategies and roadmap to continuously increase people capabilities to address business requirements
- Keeping abreast with HR/OD trends and new approach by researching through internet and building networks with HR/OD professionals in the same and different industry. When necessary, initiate to conduct benchmarking study with other companies which have world class/best practices HR/OD
