9. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil/Pegawai Swasta;
10. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil/Pegawai Negeri;
11. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Republik Indonesia atau negara lain yang ditentukan oleh Pemerintah;

2. Pengiriman lamaran dilakukan secara langsung maupun via pos (tidak menerima pengiriman via email);

3. Lamaran diterima Panitia paling lambat 21 Oktober 2009 pukul 16.00 WIB;

4. Surat lamaran ditulis tangan sendiri di atas kertas folio bergaris dan ditujukan kepada :

a. Foto kopi Kartu Tanda Penduduk yang masih berlaku;

b. Foto kopi Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) yang dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang;

c. Surat Keterangan Berbadan Sehat dari Dokter;

d. Foto kopi ijazah dan transkrip nilai yang dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang. Catatan :

- Surat Keterangan Lulus dan/atau Ijazah Sementara dapat diterima sepanjang Pelamar dapat menyertakan Surat Pernyataan dari Pimpinan Universitas yang menyatakan bahwa pihak Universitas sudah dapat mengeluarkan ijazah asli paling lambat 30 November 2009.

- Bagi Pelamar yang tidak dapat menyerahkan foto kopi ijazah dan transkrip nilai yang telah dilegalisir pejabat yang berwenang dan menunjukan ijazah asli, dinyatakan gugur;

e. Foto kopi Kartu Pencari Kerja (AK1) dari Departemen Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi yang dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang;

f. Daftar Riwayat Hidup;

g. Pas Photo berwarna ukuran 3 x 4 sebanyak 5 (lima) lembar (tulis nama jelas);

5. Mencantumkan KODE “A” bagi pelamar untuk penempatan di ANRI Jakarta dan KODE “B” untuk penempatan di BALAI ARSIP TSUNAMI DI PROVINSI NAD, di sudut kanan atas amplop dan surat lamaran;

6. Setiap Pelamar hanya diperbolehkan melamar untuk satu penempatan;

7. Lamaran beserta lampiran tersebut disusun rapi sesuai urutan di atas dalam map dengan warna :

a. Putih untuk S2 Administrasi Publik;

b. Biru untuk S1 Administrasi Negara, Ekonomi Akuntansi, Ekonomi Manajemen/Ilmu Manajemen, Ilmu Politik/Tata Pemerintahan/Ilmu Pemerintahan, dan Komunikasi;

c. Kuning untuk S1 Elektro/Elektronika, Farmasi, Geografi, dan Teknik Informatika/Manajemen Informatika/Sistem Informasi/Komputer;

d. Hijau untuk S1 Hukum, Sastra Belanda, Sastra Inggris, Sastra Nusantara/Sastra Jawa, Sejarah, dan Sosiologi;

e. Merah untuk D3 Desain Grafis, Elektro/Elektronika, Kearsipan, Perpustakaan, Sekretaris/Administrasi Perkantoran/Manajemen Administrasi.

8. Map lamaran beserta lampiran dimasukan dalam amplop.

IV. PENGUMUMAN HASIL SELEKSI ADMINISTRASI

1. Bagi pelamar yang memenuhi persyaratan administrasi akan diumumkan melalui papan pengumuman di ANRI atau Website ANRI www.anri.go.id pada tanggal 27 Oktober 2009;

2. Pengumuman melalui Papan Pengumuman di ANRI dan Website ANRI dinyatakan sebagai surat panggilan.

V. MATERI DAN PELAKSANAAN UJIAN

A. Tahapan dan Materi Ujian

Ujian Penerimaan CPNS ANRI dilaksanakan dalam 3 (tiga) tahap, yaitu :

Tahap I : 1. Ujian Tertulis, terdiri dari 3 (tiga) materi yang diujikan yaitu :

a. Tes Kompetensi Dasar (TKD); meliputi :

1) Tes Pengetahuan Umum (TPU)

2) Tes Bakat Skolastik (TBS)

3) Tes Skala Kematangan (TSK)

b. Tes Kompetensi Bidang (TKB);

Tes pengetahuan sesuai dengan latar belakang pendidikan.

c. Bahasa Inggris

2. Bagi yang lulus Ujian Tahap I berhak untuk mengikuti ujian berikutnya.

Tahap II : Ujian praktek komputer

Tahap III : Ujian Wawancara

B. Waktu dan Tempat Ujian

1. Ujian Tahap I (Ujian Tertulis) akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 7 November 2009;

2. Ujian dilaksanakan di Jakarta, waktu dan tempat akan ditentukan kemudian.

VI. KETENTUAN LAIN

1. Ujian penerimaan CPNS ANRI tidak dipungut biaya;

2. ANRI tidak bertanggung jawab atas pungutan atau tawaran berupa apapun oleh oknum-oknum yang mengatasnamakan ANRI atau Panitia;

3. Berkas lamaran yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan tidak akan diproses;

4. Berkas lamaran yang diterima menjadi milik Panitia dan tidak dapat diminta kembali oleh Pelamar;

5. Seleksi dilakukan dengan sistem gugur dan keputusan Panitia tidak dapat diganggu gugat;

6. Lamaran yang diterima ANRI sebelum tanggal pengumuman ini, dinyatakan tidak berlaku.
