I. KETENTUAN UMUM
a. Proses Seleksi Penerimaan CPNS Deplu Tahun Anggaran 2009 ini terbuka untuk semua Warga Negara Indonesia.
b. Bersedia mengikuti seluruh proses tahapan seleksi di Jakarta atas biaya sendiri.

c. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai PNS/Anggota TNI/Polri atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta.
d. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS atau Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) dan tidak sedang terikat perjanjian/kontrak kerja dengan instansi lain.
e. Tidak bersuami/beristrikan seorang yang berkewarganegaraan asing atau tanpa kewarganegaraan.
f. Sehat jasmani dan rohani.

Dalam rangka mengisi formasi pegawai Departemen Keuangan R.I. Tahun nggaran 2009, Departemen Keuangan memberikan kesempatan kepada Warga Negara Indonesia untuk diterima sebagai Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Golongan II yang akan ditugaskan di lingkungan Departemen Keuangan R.I. pada posisi jabatan sebagai berikut :


Seleksi dan Pelaksanaan Ujian

* Seleksi melalui 4 (empat) tahap dengan sistem gugur yang meliputi:
o Seleksi Administrasi;
o Tes Potensi Akademik (TPA);
o Psikotes;
o Tes Kemampuan Khusus dan Kebugaran;
* Lokasi ujian akan dilaksanakan pada kota:

* Berkas lamaran berisikan:
o Surat lamaran ditulis dengan tangan sendiri dan ditujukan kepada Menteri Keuangan Republik Indonesia;
o Daftar Riwayat Hidup singkat;
o Fotokopi ijasah/STTB/STL dan transkrip nilai yang telah dilegalisir (ijazah sementara dan surat keterangan lulus tidak berlaku) serta fotokopi sertifikasi ANT/ATT bagi pelamar jabatan Juru Mudi dan Juru Motor;
o Surat Keterangan Dokter Pemerintah yang menyatakan sehat rohani dan jasmani serta tidak buta warna;
o Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian;
o Pas foto berwarna terbaru (3 bulan terakhir) ukuran 4 x 6 sebanyak 3 lembar;
o Fotokopi KTP/SIM yang masih berlaku;
o Surat Keterangan Pengalaman Berlayar dari perusahaan/pemberi kerja bagi jabatan Juru Mudi Tingkat I dan Juru Motor Tingkat I.

Persyaratan Pendaftaran

* Warga negara Indonesia;
* Peserta merupakan lulusan :
o D-III Pelayaran dengan IPK minimal 2,50 (dua koma lima nol dan nilai tersebut bukan hasil pembulatan) dari skala 4. (untuk Kode KP 1 dan 2);
o SMK Pelayaran dengan nilai rata-rata ”Ujian Tertulis” pada ijasah tidak kurang dari 6,50 (enam koma lima nol dan nilai tersebut bukan hasil pembulatan). (untuk Kode KP 3 dan 4);
o SMK Mesin/Listrik/Elektronika/Bangunan Kapal dengan nilai rata-rata ”Ujian Tertulis” pada ijasah tidak kurang dari 7,00 (tujuh koma nol nol dan nilai tersebut bukan hasil pembulatan). (untuk Kode KP 5 sampai dengan 8);
* Untuk Juru Motor Tingkat I dan Juru Mudi Tingkat I, memiliki pengalaman praktik berlayar, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan/rekomendasi dari instansi terkait;
* Usia berdasarkan tanggal lahir yang tercantum dalam ijasah pada 1 Desember 2009 :
o Minimal 18 tahun dan maksimal 30 tahun untuk kode KP 1 dan 2;
o Minimal 18 tahun dan maksimal 24 tahun untuk kode KP 3 s.d. 8;
* Berjenis kelamin laki-laki dengan tinggi badan minimal 165 cm;
* Tidak buta warna, tidak cacat badan dan tidak mengalami ketergantungan terhadap narkotika/sejenisnya;
* Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan Pengadilan, karena melakukan suatu tindak pidana kejahatan;
* Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai PNS, anggota TNI/POLRI, pegawai BUMN/BUMD atau pegawai swasta;
* Tidak berkedudukan sebagai PNS atau CPNS;

Dalam proses pendaftaran, Penyaringan/Penerimaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Golongan II di Lingkungan Departemen Keuangan Tahun Anggaran 2009 berlaku ketentuan sebagai berikut :

* Bagi mereka yang pernah mengajukan lamaran ke Departemen Keuangan dan sampai pengumuman ini belum mendapat balasan, sepanjang memenuhi syarat dalam pengumuman ini, supaya mengajukan lamaran kembali sesuai prosedur yang berlaku (lamaran yang telah dikirim ke Departemen Keuangan dianggap tidak berlaku).
* Dalam rangka Penyaringan/Penerimaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil ini tidak ada bimbingan tes atau persiapan pendahuluan, tidak diadakan surat menyurat dan tidak dipungut biaya apapun selama proses seleksi/tes.
* Setiap Pengumuman, ditayangkan secara online pada website Departemen Keuangan dan website Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai. * Keputusan Panitia dalam hal kelulusan pendaftar/pelamar pada setiap tahap tes bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
